I ordered flowers for my sisters funeral and specifically said a loose bouquet of yellow and orange roses and carnations and was told it would be £64.99 which I paid. On the day of the funeral there was no such bouquet but a very small posy from another florist from myself and my husband. The names of my daughter and son in law had been omitted as had most of the message. I did contact the florist who had delivered the posy and was told they had a telephone order from a lady for the smallest £25 posy to be sent in my name, they assumed they were talking to me. So my £64.99 order bought me £25 posy that I specifically stated I did not want. Frindsbury Florest have abruptly ended my calls and stated that I “had flowers” delivered. This is not acceptable and I am reporting them to the relevant authorities

Terrible phone service and no website.  Called to get a bunch of flowers delivered to the funeral home a few doors down. Told I would have to buy funeral flowers at £65+ when I only wanted a bouquet. Asked why and was told it was because it was "London prices" and they were in "London".  Now I know I moved away from Wainscott 14 years ago but the last time I checked it was still in Medway.  The man who answered  was incredibly rude. Such a shame, I guess it's changed hands as it used to be lovely florist.  100% do NOT recommend. If I could give a zero star review I would.

Really rude telephone service, absolutely no help at all
