Poor company, we purchased a boiler through Mr central heating Tamworth branch, they picked the wrong boiler and gave it to our customer. Wasted a day running round trying to get the correct boiler from them.. over £200 lost in business values and time, really poor customer service and really poor management staff, abysmal offer of compensation, wasn't worth the fuel wasted.nnIf you're a reputable company who doesn't want to be messed around with poor excuses and incorrect products being sent, I'd advise you use city plumbing/woseleys plumb center.. don't touch these with a barge pole.nnAs for your sales manager trying to get us to use you for more products, well this is the first time and you can't even get that correctnnNot much hope for any further business.

I have purchased two boilers from this company. Ordered a boiler a couple of months ago.nIt turned up a day late due to a driver being off work.nThought I'd try them again as they could deliver promptly.nOrdered another boiler which also had a one day delay. They did inform me about this a few hours after I placed the order.nThey assured me it would be delivered 9am Tuesday morning.n9 40am Tuesday morning and the boiler is delivered without the flue.nUnless you live near to their store do not depend on this company if you have an emergency job.

This company is the REAL DEAL. I have used them 4 times now and they are superb. Website is good and well priced, instant email with delivery dates and never let me down. I contacted them about combining a delivery and they were super helpful on the phone. Today,  Dan from the Tamworth branch delivered 8 radiators but I had ordered to my home address rather than the house we are doing up 2 miles away. No problem for Dan, he was happy to follow me up there and deliver to that address! Unbelievable service. Every company needs people like Dan. Can do attitude. Love Mr central heating, we won't use anyone else ever.

I needed to order a boiler for a customer. I called the branch to check delivery as I needed to fit it asap. they told me I would have it either Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. which was great as i was fitting Wednesday afternoon/ Thursday morning. After I paid they emailed to say they in fact aren't in my area until Thursday. Had I known this I wouldn't have ordered it. I had to delay the customer who wasn't very happy. Not only this they couldn't tell me what time it would be here. I had someone wait in all day only to be told mid afternoon, I am one of the last drops and I will have it by 5 o'clock. I tried to call all day and got nothing but busy tone, I finally got a reply by email with my delivery time.nnNot even close to good enough. the problem with online companies like these is their customer service seems to be non existent as they never have to deal with us directly. I think I'll stick with the local merchant in future. They were better priced anyway but they couldn't get me the boiler until Friday morning. It will be Friday before it is installed anyway.  Just a complete waste of time and very frustrating.

I was sceptical about using this company due to the amount of bad reviews but I gave it a shot as they were the cheapest on the market. I can’t fault them, they delivered to Manchester for me promptly and the delivery driver was amazing. Customer service were helpful regarding the delivery date.nnI never leave reviews of companies but I thought I would offer an honest opinion from my experience. Would happily use them again.
