Broken website, poor customer service
Ordered a part through the website, the order was cancelled and refunded. I asked why and I was informed it was an admin error due to website payment issues and I was told to reorder. I re-ordered, and the website double charged. I phoned customer services and was told the duplicate order would be refunded and the item sent out. A week later I had not received the item or any more information. I checked my account on their website which showed that both orders had been cancelled, but also they had only refunded one of the orders. I contacted customer services to explain the issue and stated that I did still want the item which I had paid for. I was then sent a refund for the order with a note that stated the item was now out of stock. In summary a complete waste of my time with no contact from customer services to properly explain or apologise for this.

An excellent service, from a knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and professional team. I can not rate the service I received enough. Extremely happy with the goods, the service pre and post sale. The people were friendly and easy to talk to. Being able to contact the delivery driver for a time slot is brilliant.

Emailed to check stock and received an immediate reply. Rang to order, the guy was very helpful, order was placed for next-day delivery. Great service and the item was the same price as the other retailers.
