Been using Horton for years. Never had a problem with anything. Staff very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. Definitely recommend!

Harrison home Improvements recently instaled a complete bathroom suite supplied by Hortons of Tamworth.  I found the quality of the goods to be of a high standard and was pleased with the finished job. Whilst getting my sundries i found all Staff at Hortons very helpfull and plesant, i would recomend to any one to go and visit their showroom to see the wide range that is on offer.

Went to Horton’s a month ago spoke to Shaun in the showroom very helpful in helping me find the bathroom for my needs very good customer service and focus bought the bathroom recommended he then also found me a good company to do the fitting of my bathroom I would highly recommend the service that I was provided was top of its class thankyou so much!!.

Was putting in a bathroom for a client found there were a couple of things that needed changing. The worst part was finding out they ordered a specific bath, they were given a different model. When they asked if they could get the one ordered they were told "it's not available anymore". 
Worst part was they asked about a refund and were told not possible which is against the law. Found out it was a guy called Shaun and what's worse is apparently he is the owner. I'd advice them to treat customers with a lot more respect.
