Unfortunately I have had a bad experience with the staff here. They do not communicate with clients, especially via email and I am not sure why I pay the fees to them. I have had to ask for my invoice/statement every month since last February. Maintenance work was completed on my property without me being informed and the cost was just added to my invoice (which I did not receive). The other letting agency I use send me my invoice every month via email without fail. Very disappointed. I would not recommend them.
