I’m posting a review for the customer service I have received and their products. I have just had to return an item for a replacement and their staff on the phone are lovely. I had a small issue with their chat on their website which they acknowledged as not the best but having called them they had already sorted the issue for me. They went above and beyond. Even when I have gone into the stores to discuss items they are so helpful especially in the Northampton, Market Harborough and rushden lakes branches they were really helpful.
Good equipment at good prices but don’t expect a store to be open until it’s advertised closing time! Yesterday one store closed an hour early, today a different store closed 30 mins early. No apology either, not cool.
Really horrible customer service both over the phone and in store. The saleswoman was extremely unhelpful and did not consider what was in my best interests as a customer. Would highly highly recommend going to the Banbury store instead, the sales assistant there could not be more helpful. Definitely will not be coming back to Northampton store again.
I got 2 pair of winter boots and 1 pair of waterproof trainers for my kids. Absolutely amazing quality. I'm a very happy mummy.

Love this place! Have bought lots of things from here, today it was a dress in their sale unusual but mostly outdoor wear, all of which is excellent. For those involved with Scouts, don't forget to ask for your 10% discount!
Ordered some waterproof trousers in error, they were delivered to the shop. Had to collect from the shop to get a refund but would not refund delivery charge £2.50. Do not know other companies who charge for delivery to their own network. Pretty poor really
Although not huge like Cotswolds, it has good stock and friendly staff
I bought a jacket on sale in St Ives and experienced a problem so I popped into this store on my way home and they exchanged the jacket without any hassle. The staff were friendly and professional in both stores despite being very busy.
Generally knowledgeable staff but can accasionally.be quite rude. Previously had lovely staff in here but they've changed.
