Very helpful staff, directed me to the right area and allowed to shop when really it should have been closed. We forgot my daughter's coat at home and was travelling to Scotland on holiday. Thanks for helping us out in emergency.
The store is easy to find from the train station its on the same side and its a nice size that sells good quality gear and not so good stuff. This year 2021 they didn't have much camping gear as usual. The staff are alright and store looks good. My only complaint is that I had a faulty tent the mountain warehouse backpacker 2 man tent within warranty and I didn't have receipt and they were very unhelpful and blamed me for fault so I just says I understand you not willing to help me then I bought a new one in Mountain warehouse in livingstone which is a far better store!!!

So much amazing stuff
Not child friendly. I entered the shop to be greeted by the song "Little Lion Man" by Mumford and Sons. Not the sort of lyrics that you expect in a shop. I didn't buy anything.
Great shop with wide variety of products and outdoor apparel. Friendly staff. Many cheaper brands. Bought some budget buffs here.
Good sized shop catering for more the budget end of the outdoor clothing and equipment market. Large range. Helpful, knowledgable staff.
