Amazing service a very happy Kev served us and was very helpful and cheerful keeping us laughing. Product is really good and was sized up very well unlike stores like Halfords where they throw you on a bike and say yeah that’s fine. Our little one was tried on a few bikes till she was comfortable on it before Kev for the to scoot about to make sure it was the correct size before letting her peddle away. Highly recommend this store to all friends and family.
Had a great experience with these chaps. They took my bike in for service plus extra bits and they turned it around in quick time when I said I needed my bike for a planned ride. Bike is like brand new. Will be a returning customer.

Great experience buying a new bike for myself. Really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. A great range of products at sensible prices. Great service. They had the forks I wanted in stock at a comparable price. I spoke to Matt, who was very helpful on the phone. I couldn't place the order via PayPal, but Matt sent me the invoice and PayPal details through and once I'd paid, the forks were quickly dispatched via DPD. Ordered Monday, arrived first thing Wednesday and fitted. Thanks. I will use this company again.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have plenty of info without overwhelming me as a novice! Had a good selection of styles and sizes in store which meant that I found a bike that suited, was allowed to take it on a test ride and purchased it and took it away that same visit. Just what I was hoping for!
Great service start to finish. James had the exact bike I was after and swiftly got it into the workshop great bike mechanic, sorry can’t remember name but thank you for me so I could try the size and buy it straight away! Love the bike. Thanks and highly recommend the team here. George
Very friendly service, buying a bike over the phone and at over 2.5 hours away is a risk but not with these guys. Kept upto date with everything along the way! Very professional!
The best products but backed up with extremely knowledgeable staff who clearly have a passion for the bikes! I learnt a lot, I came away with the perfect bike and the whole experience was nothing short of fantastic ! Customer for life
