We really appreciated Stuart's straightforward approach, he was happy to answer any questions we had and was efficient in the management of the purchase of the car we bought. Was grateful for the unhurried time spent doing last minute checks and coffee available in the waiting area too :
Extremely chuffed with my purchase. The service was exceptional. We 1st tried another brand as we wanted to view 2 different cars I really liked. The 1st brand were very pushy and over baring. It was expensive to add optional extras, along with very poor service. I then came to Suzuki in Motorhouse Coleford. WOW, the difference was phenomenal, we felt very welcome to browse, then was left to look totally unpressured. He let us know when he'd be, then when were ready to ask questions, he was ready to assist. That in itself was much appreciated. He gave us advice and showed us what we wanted to know. This all felt relaxed and honest at the same. There was no ridiculously over priced add ons, these were all included in the price. I could choose any colour paint, all at no extra cost. Even if I liked the other car, I'd never go back, I will very much coming back to here. I popped back once or twice after the purchase for some technical bits I'm so not techy and the relaxed yet professional service was just as good. He made me feel that I'm not stupid, it was totally cool to not know how to do something and showed me carefully how to do it. I will always HIGHLY recommend them.
Relaxed and friendly no pressure atmosphere made it a geat buying experience of a Suzuki Swift Sport. Great price on the car and a a decent price agreed on our part exchange.nEnjoying the car immensely already!nDespite not being the nearest will definitely be using for the servicing for the service activated warranty.
We recently purchased a lovely Swift. Chris Halford was fantastic - not pushy, just friendly, professional and personable. Great service from him and the garage. A very happy customer. Will use again.
