Nothing but praise for this dealership. We needed to sell our Motorhome and contacted a few dealers. Offers were too low to consider. We then called Rikki at Coleford Leisure. What a great guy to deal with. He made a sensible offer which we were able to accept. Two days later and the Motorhome was collected with no fuss and cash was in our bank account before the Motorhome left our address. I would highly recommend dealing with them. I bought a 2014 GTC BiTurbo from Coleford Leisure. 3 months later and delighted with my purchase. I bought it delivered, without a test drive and received exactly as described. They even posted me the manual a week later after finding it on their desk in the office. I can thoroughly recommend them and will certainly check them out when/ if I need a vehicle in the future. I bought a MH in Aug from Coleford Leisure. Sales were very keen and helpful. took delivery 2 weeks later. very happy but.I found 4 things that were not acceptable. There was an issue with the awning not closing, Awning light broken and rear traveling light not working, it did pas an MOT though and the two outer white UPVC linings of the shower room had become detached from the structural walls. sent mail with the 4 bullets. told they would look at them but they were busy with the Malvern show could i wait a week. I was told the work would take a full week, dropped of van. went up a week later to collect all that was done was the two lights. they had forgotten to look at the awning. I had to show how the middle was missing a bracket they did not check google. they then proceeded to remove a center bracket from a 3 year old van and put it on mine. mmmm . as for the sower linings the od job guy said "that's ok i have seen a few like that". Sales person said " I'll leave this with you find out with Auto Trail. i will be interested what they say. if this is an issue i aim to correct it" many calls , emails to AT i found out the walls are secured by double sided tape two vertical strips on the back one on the side in the middle. these had failed over the 4years of heat cycles. was advised to reach out to an Auto trail approved workshop for a price and told this was not a warranty claim. basically found someone fairly near had a look at the van and gave a very competitive price £350 to pull out old tape and replace with Sikaflex and seal. Coleford lesure reply this is not what we class as a warranty claim. looking at the reply just sums up CL. I was told via email "I'll leave this with you once you have visited Autotrail if this is ok, i'll be interested myself as to what they say in response. If this is an issue with the van i will aim to correct it." I will aim to correct it I kept Him informed of each Step, so why did he not say THEN we don't cover this? no just empty promises thinking i will just give up. i will not give up even if i have to work with trading standards and small claims i will. This is what you deal with when perching from Coleford Leisure.

What a stunning introduction to the world of Motorhoming ! We thought we know a little about the great outdoors having used a tent for a few years, but the Motorhoming world is a whole new voyage of discovery! We decided, after realising that we might not be able to use our tent for a while after lockdown eases because of the ‘facilities’ issues & we’re not getting any younger so the effort and time taken to pack up the SUV was becoming a pain, to take the plunge now and invest in a reasonable MH, so we could still go away with our cockerpoo and enjoy the UK. We really could have not picked a better place to start our journey than with Rikki at Coleford Leisure. From the very first interaction with him, the whole process was very reassuring, calmly explained and quality. The end result of this is that we left, a couple of weeks after seeing ‘Bessie’ Rikki left us to explore her on our own for a good hour before we asked him some questions we had and putting down a deposit, being the proud owners of our new holiday home and we are really pleased we had the good fortune to find him/them. I have bought a large number of vehicles over the years and I can honestly say I’ve never had a more enjoyable experience than this. Even when we managed to forget to take the levelling chocks Rikki had kept for us, he happily posted them to us and then, today, a sheaf of manuals for things like the fridge, water pump, etc., arrived unprompted from Rikki as we had also forgotten those when we left in Bessie. I know they are probably downloadable from the ‘net, but to receive them in the post was such an unexpected surprise and gives you an idea of the level of service and regard clients are held in by the folks at Coleford Leisure. While I think of it, a shout should also go to Steve, who spent almost 45 minutes patiently walking us through various aspects of the MH and it’s kit, while we asked him daft to him likely but a whole new world to us questions without any hint of exasperation or ‘doh’ type response. All in all, it’s very clear why they’ve been around so long and clearly so successfully, cheers guys and we know where we’ll be going when the time comes to replace Bessie which will be a number of years down the road but will eventually happen.
Great service from Mike from the team. Gave us a great price for the Moho. No hassle from our side or needing to drive to meet him. He flew up to Glasgow gave the Moho a damp check and money was bank transferred over to us. Mike was a credit to the company with his professionalism. He was here for 15 mins max before heading home. Would highly recommend
