A great family run business! Jeff and Mick both very helpful but not pushy at all, they allowed us to browse the cars at our pace and were happy for us to test drive all of our options. Purchasing and part-exchanging was made very simple and the car was ready in less than a week. I booked the car back in after realising the air con wasn’t working and they sorted this within a day and gave me a courtesy car to get me to and from work. Would definitely recommend Motor Save Company to anyone!
Bought a ford kuga from these and it's perfect can't fault it in any way . They were very helpful not pushy at all took for a test drive and drove perfectly and def priced right too would def buy from these again even went the extra mile for us and got car earlier than expected thks guys
Bought a Honda Civic from this car dealer a couple of weeks ago. All I can say is that Mick and his team are absolutely great. Always ready to help, very easy to communicate with. Well, what can I say. I bought a car from this company on a recommendation. Both Mick sales and Jeff were brilliant. They were so helpful with the test drive and answering all my questions No high pressure sales spiel, just helpful sound advice. Everything was done to make the buying experience a pleasant one and Mick gave me a great deal. The car was newly MOT-ed and valeted to a high standard when I collected it. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they deserve their good reputation. Thank you!
I have used Motorsave Staveley for a number of years now for servicing, MOT and repairs. I have also purchased two cars from Motorsave, the second one today. During every visit I have been completely satisfied with the quality of service and customer support. The car buying experience was stress free and everything was explained. The real plus for me was that they ensured everything that was agreed was completed with no fuss. I am completely satisfied with the quality of customer service. Amazing service from Jeff/Geoff he made use feel really comfortable and he was very friendly. The car was in brilliant condition and he even MOTed the car just before we collected it. The car seemed practically unused and anything we felt uncomfortable with he sorted out immediately. The car was 7 years old but barely looked even 3 years old.
Best experience of buying a car ever - Mick was really helpful and left us to look over the car with no pressure. Really good service -have no hesitation in recommending them.
I had almost given up hope of getting both of my Fabia's dipped headlights repaired before Xmas, when I rang Motorsave today Dec. 23rd, after trying several others. They were very busy but offered me a 30 minute slot - and managed to fix them! Xmas and New Year suddenly became a lot more manageable...
