Fantastic company! Customer service was amazing, couldn’t fault them. Had my car ready when I went to pick it up, shown me everything I needed to know and made sure everything was ok before I left. Less than a week later, a tyre had a slow puncture which was an existing problem. They were very helpful with this and sorted the problem instantly. Had no other problems since. Ive had the car over 6 months now and I love it. All the staff were lovely and would definitely recommend as I already have done to many.
Brought car Saturday and it broke down same day. Vehicle had injector failure. Took vehicle back next day and get told they cancelled finace and took car back as it properly had a load of issues there customer service is bad and I would not buy from there.they lost 2 sales this week as my daughters were going to buy from them.but soon changed there mind. Avoid this garage read all the reviews they have got.loads of unhappy customers.
I brought a car just 3 months ago on finance from this company and am having issues with the already the after Sales Manager doesn't sound very keen on looking into this or helping me in anyway so now I am tied into a financial arrangement for 4 years on a car that is no good as the issues are coming up as historical faults . I will be writing to the ombudsman
AVOID AT ALL COSTS AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SPENT THE FIRST MONTH WITH COURTESY CARS ARGUING OVER A FAULTY CLUTCH. FINALLY GOT IT REPAIRED. 2 MONTHS IN I BREAK DOWN. RAC COMES AND TELLS ME ITS A BLOCKED FUEL FILTER THAT LOOKS LIKE IT HASNT BEEN CHANGED FOR YEARS AS IT WAS RUSTY. THE CAR WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN SERVICED LOL! SINCE THEN ITS BEEN TAKEN TO AN EXPERT WHO CONCLUDED THE CAR HAS ALSO BEEN CRASHED. FRONT END. POOR SPRAY JOB ON THE BUMPER FULL OF FILLER AND PEN WRITING ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE BONET INDICATING THE BONET HAS COME FROM A PARTS SHOP OR SCRAP YARD. RIP OFF MERCHANTS. Reposting here as theyre trying to have my review removed from trustpilot. Be cafeful guys.
Gearbox went after less than a month couldn’t select reverse. Causing my young family to be stranded twice. Said there wasn’t a problem even after a video sent from the RAC mechanic not being able to select reverse.I still have the videos..He even drove me to the garage and told them the problem. I Contacted finance company who forced them to sort it.Then the turbo went a month later. Lost £3k on a £5k car in less than 2 months. Avoid awful.
What a fantastic place when buying your next OR first car. Everyone was so helpful and considerate. There was no pressure either. They give you all the time needed to choose the car. Big main car dealers need to take a leaf out of Motor Markets book. The level of service that was afforded to me here was like nothing I've ever experienced before. Dean in particular, was the total gentleman. Thank you Motor Market.
I've been wanting to post a review for a few years now. Bought a car a bit over three years ago from Motor Market. I had a few issues with the car that I reported and I even took the car to them several times for it to be fixed. I ended up, over the years, fixing the car myself. I even have a video on YouTube all phone calls recorded too of the expansion tank bubbling where you can see there is a crack in it. Motor Market failed to notice it and did absolutely nothing to fix the problem, they just had my car for a day and gave me it back. Battery was dead when I first saw the car and they said it would all be sorted - broke down not long after getting it and needed a new battery. Gearbox was terrible and all they did was try and adjust the cables because they didn't want to pay out. Everything was meant to be sorted when I picked it up. The most important thing you need to understand is how much more above market value the cars are. Most are high mileage and old and expensive. If you get approved for car finance here, Google the finance company name and car dealerships nearby to see if you are getting a good deal. You can shop around with the finance company and buy from somewhere else if there is something better. I did, I bought from National Car Hub and used First Response Finance Ltd Reviews are important and I hope this one will do two things. Make Motor Market stop ripping people off and stop people getting ripped off
Terrible company to deal with. I3 motor finance. and motor market are one in the same. The only reason motor market is set up is so their company i3 finance can act as the broker. But all in all your buying from them. They add £1250 on top of the fore court price of a vehicle. You pay for that through your finance aggreement. You might think your buying from dealers you see on their site but your not. You are buying the car from Motor market. Just another yes car credit.UK mainland. I found a car locally from a 5 star fca dealership but got told i couldnt use them Stay well clear they are not what they appear
I brought a car from them august 2020 so i could carry my family around has my minibus was off the road. And from day one of owning had faults been back to them numourous times to be sorted but always recoverd back to them at my expense. And with 7 of us the courtsy car was only for 5 people so had to take 2 cars if we ever went anywere. The 4th time it went back and car was away for 3 months and during thzt time we had to hire in has they would not send us a courtsy car. And now it has gone again and they are not willing to sort there mistake out which a garge should know that putting a wrong car battery on is not right. I want dean the owner to contact me has speaking to the clowns he has working for him does not work the same has my car that has apparently been fixed and been sitting on my driveway for the past 3 months. The one star they are not worthy of dont trust them please has they are no help and i know of other people also
