Nice clean services, except Costa. Most of there tables were dirty. Toilets, best service toilets I've been to, with flowers.
Got quite a few showers with nice space and a lot of siting spaces inside by the usual shops and got some on the balcony so you can enjoy nice weather like today if you lucky... Parking may not be the biggest but I never struggle with finding place to park my van. Goot place for a quick break or to have a refreshing shower...
Stopped off for a refreshment break and was very surprised to find a breathtaking view outside. I rated highly because I spotted my first ever kingfisher which wildlife enthusiasts will understand how exciting that is didn't order food only drinks at Costa and staff were polite and the place was clean. Toilets were clean too!
Sorry, not a fan, driving back from France, tired, thought we would stop off, but it's a somewhat depressing trip via two large roundabouts occupied by lunatic lane-changing drivers off the motorway, we followed a confused car into the lorry park, and then found there was no way into the parking area for cars unless you leave the whole service area and enjoy those roundabouts one more time to re-enter the services and use the right parking area, so we just drove right on out and used the next services instead. Unless you are desperate, I'd give this one a miss and go on to the next one or come off at a junction and find a high street.
Needs maintenance. The toilets are horrible. Half the taps and hand dryers don't work and the smell was gag worthy. The restaurant area has cieling tiles missing and water damage on the others. Nobody seems to be cleaning tables. Moto need to spend some money on this one.
I leave one Star rewiew, because of the showers condition. I had been jet washed, aparently multiple showers head are missing, I lay down couple of pictures, you will understand better... My backpack and jumper got all wet. I have paid for these services and this is inadmissible.
It's useful to have it there, but being disabled, I never liked that the toilets were downstairs. It's a little off the beaten track so it was pretty empty there, I hope it survives but I doubt I'll be going back.
Waste of time it being might as well level it all and build either a proper lorry Park or another housing estate. Don't go to Burger King got there well before closing time and was greeted with a very sarcastic rude patronising female member of staff who looked me up and down when I asked why there were closing before there advertised closing time and she replied cause we are and I have better things to do on a Saturday night. So please boycott this Burger King unless you want rude staff and almost certainly food poisoning
The services are very clean. The Costa is good and the marks and spencer food shop is good. But the customers that use the services make it feel very sinster. We got there at the end of the day. I wouldn't go there if I was on my own.
This is the worst services on the M25 and one of the worst in the county I have been to... and I use services daily. It always untidy, car park is a state. Mens loos are aways in a state of disrepair, graffiti in the cubicles. The whole place is shabby and dirty. It ongets 2 stars coz one star is for costa
