The staff in the Clarks shoe part of the store are helpful, efficient and polite, the shoes are a little pricey but they are good quality!

Lovely staff, helpful. Very apologetic and helpful when their delivery service let them down. Definitely get orders delivered to the store and pick up. Yodel were atrocious.
