Store Manager kindly looked into the below and reviewed this with all of those who act as Duty Manager in the store so that it doesn't happen again. Happy with the way it's been dealt with.

Poorest customer service ever from the supervisor and the manager. Didn’t have a clue about VAT receipt, they advised and insisted that their ordinary receipt is actually the VAT receipt which clearly wasn’t. Looked up the FAQs on Debenhams website and found a simple answer, all you need to do is scan the receipt you get from the store and email it to Debenhams tax team and they will email the VAT receipt. I think the manager needs more awareness of policies and procedures.

Asked for the hoola contour stick but the person working the till gave me the box for the hoola liquid contour. Should have checked the box but trusted her to give me the right thing! Not good

Large department store, several floors and satisfactory customer service. There is not dedicated car parking however you can use the local city centre parking. There is also a pickup area available close by.

Great service especially Orla and Roisin, they were extremely helpful and i was able to find everything i needed. They definitely need a raise.
