We have had consistently excellent customer service at Mothercare in Bradford, from choosing a Travel System and fitting the car seat to resolving issues with a purchase, the staff have been exceptionally supportive and I couldn’t sing their praises highly enough. I find their prices quite competitive, particularly when coupled with the staff’s expertise and availability, and have no hesitation re making large purchases there due to our faith in the company, based on our experience. Would highly recommend
We had the ultrasound scan today there and it has been a big disappointment. The person who has been doing the scan was learning with supervision and doing it very fast we weren't able to see baby properly. It has been the gender scan but seriously I am not sure if the gender was revealed correctly as the pics we have received are not clear.. If is about the 4D scan they showed us very fast too screens. When we have asked for extras to buy on web they saying you can get memory stick-£10, or keyring-5£, they said we should asked about it before we entered the scan room, but noone even offered it..:/ How we should known that? I am very upset and won't use them again, plus will not recommend to my future mum friends.
We ordered a pushchair on the store. We were told that the push chair was not available at the moment there was only one on display and will be delivered to our house in 3 4 days. it wasnt delivered. when we Called, we were told that will take another 2 days. but it wasnt still delivered. Then called after 10 days of the purchase and we were told that that the push chair was out of stock. Had to go to the store again and this time they gace us the push chair on display. How can they sell something when it is out of stock. Thank you for the inconvenience. Didn't expect such kind of customer service from Mothercare. Your prices are way too much and can't even provide good services. Horrible
Rubbish. Placed an order online for store collection. Receive a call from mothercare staff advising that the order has arrived and that i can collect it. Turn up the next day to be told half my order is there only. The other half, no one knows where it is. So i was promised for a call back. 2 weeks on i havnt received the order, going into store, staff run around like headless chicken. There for i asked to have my money back, to which staff replied id have to ring customer services. On the phone to customer services for 20 mins without a solution. Will not be ordering from here again.
Bought a number of items in August. The items that had to be delivered were wrong as I was given and charged for two playgyms and two parts of a pram. No I did not need the pram in two different colours. Would never buy from this store again.
Extremely bad customer service. I was given false information by staff on offers and exclusivity of car seat. Contacted customer service who where equally unhelpful. Please chose a brand that you can trust.
Order not arrived. No-one answering phone. Trying customer services. 15 mins hangino on phone so far. Rubbish service.
The most unhelpful bunch, would definitely not go there to shop.
Lovely shop if a tad pricey but for a newborn plenty of choice.
Had a very bad experience. Very rude staff especially manager and the staff serving at refunds and exchanges.
