Babycare Bradford has fast become my absolute go to for anything baby. The team are amazing, knowledgeable and on hand to give advice on the best products for our lifestyle and our little boy. Such a personal touch every time, with every trip to the shop being so enjoyable. Claire and the team genuinely know our family and treat us like one of their own family members! We went to baby care at Bolton junction alittle while ago as we was at a loss with finding parts for the icandy peach a very old model we was absolutely clueless and we just found out we was expecting twins so my worry loss had doubled! the shop itself is immaculate, the ladies at the front desk was so welcoming and didn’t apply any pressure when walking through the doors. My family and I had help from Claire and she was a breath of fresh air and really went out of her way to help us with what we needed! We purchased the parts with all the credit going to Claire and we are due to pick up soon! Would highly recommend this shop to anyone as they are wonderful people and the range they have are amazing! I couldn't recommend Babycare enough! We went in a few months ago to look at prams and the staff were so helpful and welcoming, they did full demonstrations of the prams we were interested in and let us take our time in deciding. They also stored it until we were ready to pick it up which was really helpful as we needed time to finish our nursery. We picked up the pram on Saturday and the staff showed us again how to use everything, talked us through the accessories and installed the isofix and carseat. All the staff were so helpful and made us feel really welcome, I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for anything baby related!
The fact we’ve spent our last 3 Saturdays at Babycare, sums up our experience! We had visited larger department stores prior to Babycare but were left feeling confused and overwhelmed everytime. All the staff at Babycare were super helpful, not bias to any particular brand and were very patient and knowledgeable, which made our shopping experience 10x better than anywhere else we’d been. The shopping experience at an independent and family-run business is poles apart from the larger department stores, and I’m glad we kept going back to Babycare to see their friendly faces! We finally made our mind up on purchasing a pram at the weekend and couldn’t have done it without the help of Claire, Rachael and the rest of the lovely staff who helped. No request or question was ever too much for them, and they truly went above and beyond in every visit and all communication in between. We’ll definitely be returning soon!
Excellent family run store, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Was recommended this place by my mum who bought all our baby things here and I can't recommend it enough to anyone that ever needs anything baby related! They go above and beyond
Wow wow wow this place is amazing but what made the experience even better was by Rachel and Claire, the manager. The welcome greeting we got was absolutely lovely I had some what of an idea what we wanted but nothing set, brand wise or anything! Just looking at everthing made it feel so overwhelming. Best thing was not once did either staff memeber make us feel uncomfortable for taking so long to decide on what we wanted. I must have had the staff memebers show us the same thing several times In the end we went for a compact Silver cross dune travel sytem, silver cross cot+mattress & a travel cot which will be used downstairs. I highly HIGHLY recommend this place, you'll get all the help you need! Thank you soo much Claire and Rachel for the amazing experience and all the help
If I could give more stars I would! This little shop is pure magic for any parent to be to visit for guidance and advice on any pram, car seat, cot and nursery furniture for your new baby. The shop looks small outside but walk in and you are in an Alladins Cave of magical baby products. I, my Daughter and her partner along with his own Mum at our first visit were looked after by lovely Claire. I have to say she is absolutely amazing. She originally demonstrated each type of pram although we had an idea what we wanted and explained each brands pros and cons carefully. Today we went to collect the iCandy peach pram bundle together with the Maxi Cosi Pebble 360 baby car seat bundles. Again Claire looked after us, again carefully explaining each element of the pram, fitting the car seat and explaining how it worked. We also bought a bedside rocking crib for when my little Grandson is born. It is only a small shop but they have lots of different brands and models of everything you need for a new baby. Unlike previous large baby goods stores where staff didn't show any interest or the shop either didn't have any atmosphere or had a sanitized atmosphere we had visited, this wonderful little shop has a warm, vibrant atmosphere. Claire and the team are so patient with soon to be parents but also, Claire and her colleagues "invest emotionally and enthusiastically" in the soon to be parents excitement of buying your baby's pram, car seat, crib etc. Yes when you are expecting your first baby buying equipment for your baby can be expensive but they offer ways to pay to suit you. I have to repeat Claire was absolutely brilliant when demonstrating the products we bought. Thank you so much for your help. I have no hesitation in recommending this amazing, magical Babycare Bradford to any soon to be parents- whilst you may have to travel a bit further than your closest baby equipment shop it is well worth the journey! Just went into baby care to browse around.I cant thank Claire enough for helping us choose a perfect travel system she was very welcoming and also helped us with alot of other items by sending me an email of different products baby care is the place to go highly recommend lovely staff lovely place.
I'm a little bit late writing this review as I went in a few weeks ago now but I wanted to leave one as I felt the service was great! My partner and I purchased a Silver Cross bundle, which the shop is going to hold until we need it which is really helpful. This was the fourth pram shop we looked in and I had felt very overwhelmed at the others and not received much help we had pretty much just been left to it. But upon walking in to Babycare, the staff were immediately so friendly and helpful - the lady there demonstrated different ones for us, showing us how to put it up and down, all the different features etc. Everything was clear and really helped us to make our decision. Thanks so much!
Babycare Bradford. What an amazing place! We went on Saturday with our son and daughter-in-law to look and maybe purchase a pram etc. The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful if they had tried. They were amazing. We chose the pram etc with the knowledge they showed us and the good quality of the product. We were so thrilled to have found what they wanted without any trouble. Excellent experience and would highly recommend anyone to go there. Thank you so much.
