Fantastic customer service at St Enoch Centre store. . Very helpful. Set up baby buggy for us while we waited. Lovely atmosphere. Can't state enough how helpful staff were. Very good value for money. Purchased baby stroller and received free cover for buggy.
I received excellent service! Rebecca was great! She went above and beyond to make sure I got the buggy I wanted! She demonstrated everything I needed to know about it and had it ready to go whilst I finished my shopping! Definitely the best customer service I’ve received in a mothercare!
The staff at this store are so rude and the customer service was shocking. I bought a car seat and it was faulty, the spring in the shoulder strap popped, so I took it back to the store where they kindly sent me a replacement car seat, which I received in December, it is now February and the same thing has happened again, and I took the car seat back only to be offered the exact same one now anyone in their right mind wouldn't even go near the same one if you had the same fault twice, so the woman said go have a look at the car seats and we will get it changed over for you, and then she had the cheek to ask me to pay the remaining balance after the money from the previous one had been taken off I walked out, so it's doubtful that I will ever shop in this store again if the staff are that rude and uncaring!!!!!
Great store today I came in with my sister to pick her pram the store assistant who helped us was Shannon she gave us a great demonstration of the pram we choose and all the information we needed she was very helpful. Love the range of items you have.
Monica was very helpful in finding me sand in the storeroom as there was nothing available to order online--- herself and another assistant loaded up a trolley and came outside of the store to help me load up my car. Excellent customer service
Had been into this store twice to try and use a voucher and was left standing so long at the till while staff ignored me I left without completing the purchases. Finally got time to go shopping, found something worth buying not easy and got served only to be told my voucher was 2 days out of date because they have a 2 year cut off point despite this not being clearly marked on the card. Do not buy the mothercare gift card for mothers in Glasgow, we are too busy for this kind of run around.
We have been using this branch since we found out about our pregnancy and the staff are amazing. Elaine and Monica today are incredibly helpful and we always look forward to going back.
Great help/ customer service from the staff - especially Rebecca, who helped me the list that my wife provided for me with but I still found myself stuck , given the circumstances that the girls find themselves in with the uncertainty of thier jobs. Great service.
Came shopping for my granddaughter on Monday. Needed a few bits for weaning, the girls upstairs were fantastic. I don’t remember last time I had such good service in a shop. Keep it up girls.
I shop at this store regularly and the staff are all fantastic. Always happy to help and very knowledgable 10/10
