Over the last few months I have received fantastic service from Hannah Smith at this store. She helped me deal with several tricky issues regarding the fitting of my children's car seats and was friendly and professional throughout. Very impressed with her knowledge and confidence regarding the choosing and fitting of car seats.
Mothercare is a good place for kids and you can find plenty of options to look after .
I went to Mothercare Leicester today to look at the pram I had been looking at online and to check the car seat I had been given was compatible for my car. I was assisted by Hannah who was so helpful, friendly, clearly explained everything and nothing was too much trouble. Even though the car seat is from John Lewis she still took the time to come to my car to check it was compatible whilst checking the pram would fit in my boot, which it did! Overall, I received brilliant customer service from her and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Jodie.
Was served by 4 different members of staff, each one was absolutely brilliant! Made it a real pleasure to shop here and purchase items for our expected baby. Hope everything works out with the company after recent news, and these staff are well looked after. A real testament to each of them, how well they carried out their duties to customer service, with current turmoil. I wish them all the best.
Shocking customer service! Went to have a look round and saw a pushchair on offer. No one in the store ‘worked on that department’ so one girl reluctantly tried to help with not much joy. I reserved the pushchair in the hope of calling the store today to get the information I needed. I rang on my dinner break, the phone just rang out until it cut me off! Decided to go back to the store after work and got worse service than yesterday! all I wanted to know was what was in the box. I spoke to 4 people and no one was interested, they all looked at me like I’d just dropped in from space! I was told they were short staffed, like hell they were, there were staff everywhere they were just unhelpful and very selective on who they were helping. Would never go back after this and wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone it was a total joke. And I never found out what was in the box I just got ‘I think it’s....’ shocking!!
Just wanted to say a big thank you for the excellent service that me, my wife and her nan received when buying a pram and car seat. Went above and beyond for us and we came away really happy. Just wanted to say we received a tailored and professional service from Zoe at Mothercare Leicester on Saturday. She explained everything about car seats and prams to us so clearly that we purchased what we needed there and then. Excellent customer service from Zoe, who made our shopping experience enjoyable and easy. Thank you for all your advice and help.
I was very pleased with the product I brought from mothercare In St. George's retail park and the staff where very helpful. A lady named Mary helped us decide which pushchair to buy and listened to our wants and needs, she told us the pros and cons of various pushchairs until we decided on the mothercare journey, and she was very patient with us, we felt like she really knew what she was talking about. This was on Saturday just gone and I can honestly say the journey pushchair has been very reliable and we haven't noticed anything wrong with it as it's in everyday use would definitely recommend.
Had to wait for nearly 30 mins for service, just to collect a car seat that I ordered online. Can only see 3 staff on the shop floor. The person that served us didn't have a name tag on, was wearing shorts, t-shirt and trainers. Also one thing to point out, on the website still says my order is processing with estimate delivery date, not even dispatched etc. I still not had any text to say its arrived. Rang the store up and it turns out its been at the store for a day. Checked my order online, still says processing. This has happened to me twice, when would this technical be sorted.
