I employed Walter Moss to build me an extension and to perform some refurbishment work on my house. I am extremely pleased with the finished work and would highly recommend them to anyone considering such a project.

Removed the earth bonding from my bath to install it, but didn't put it back.

Timber frame not installed as per agreement.

Tiling not installed where specified, tiles used on second wall & on boxing even though they were never supposed to be put there. The tiles on the second wall aren't even level.

The tile shelf slopes & they used the sink's splash back tiles instead of the tile specifically given to them for the shelf.

Police involved as some of my property was removed from my house by this contractor.

Now in the hands of solicitors & courts.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
