We had a new bathroom installed by CV Lane & Son. Their service was excellent from start to finish. The workmen kept taking their shoes off when they came into the house which saved our carpets. I was very grateful about that as the dining room one hadn't been laid long. They have fitted a huge water tank in our loft and rather than just plonk it in the middle, they moved it to one side which was more work, but meant we can store our belongings up there easier. The quality of products was first rate. Long lasting deep chrome taps and a really heavy duty shower pump etc. Our bathroom is better than we could have possibly imagined and I can't recommend their service highly enough. We are really pleased and will use them again. Traders you can trust !

I had a new boiler and full central heating installation from CV Lane & Son. The work was carried out promptly and professionally by the CV Lane team; with brilliant communication keeping me updated on their progress at all times. I heartily recommend them.

They installed a new boiler for me 4 years ago and I get them out once a year to service it. Always pleasant to deal with, prices seems fair.

Recently had a Boiler Installed by CV Lane & Son, Fast efficient service, lads where brilliant who came and supplied the service and they didn't make a mess. Would definitely use again!

Company came out to re fit a boiler to my property on behalf of Leicester City Council. Workmen needed to lift floorboards in main bedroom to fit pipes. When they left I walked into bedroom and luckily had shoes on walked over a nail that pierced through the carpet. Called the company spoke to the owner I presume he sent the same people who hit the nail through the floorboard "job done". That was it. Carpet is still got small hole, emailed him pictures not bothered he has ignored it, his attitude comes across as not bothered the company have made no effort to discuss it with me, the technicians could clearly see the nail and the mistake when they came out and I have a child and either one of us could of walked on it bare foot and no one seemed to care: not the best experience. And now I'll have to replace the carpet.
