Absolutely fantastic service from Carina. I phoned ahead to see if they might have my size and width in something a bit more daring than usual. As soon as Carina answered, I could tell that I had her undivided attention and her enthusiasm gave me the assurance the visit would not be a wasted journey. Carina had a selection of boots for me to try in a selection of autumnal colours and was extremely helpful, whilst not being too pushy at the same time. She allowed me time to try various designs on and make my own decision. I have arthritis in my hands and a wider foot, so choosing the right style is not always so easy. I came away with a long pair of knave boots in a beautiful lagoon colour, with lacing down the back - but an easy zip to do up at the side. No, they weren't cheap - But they are a beautiful soft leather that will last for years and I will treasure them. And yes, my feet are precious and I am worth it! And most importantly, I feel like I am 17 again. Happy days! Thank you so much Carina!
