Our washing machine broke down and had to get a ton of clothes washed and dried ! Left it there in the morning and collected in the afternoon ! Excellent customer service ! Definitely use again !

This is the second time I've ever been to a laundrette and I have to say this was not a good experience the owner was very rude and at times unhelpful. I had to ask if she worked there because she wasn't very welcoming and didn't make it known, you could feel the hostility coming off her. In actuality I left with my clothes still damp because I couldn't bear to put another spin on the dryer and stay in that place, however my clothes are clean but next time I'll go back to the laundrettes on poplar road.

Really local and handy but the machines don't spin very well and there are no freestanding spin dryers so the clothes take aaages to dry. It hasn't been updated as of yet to take the new £1 coins which will be a pain. On a positive, open long hours which fits in with those with busy lives and the washes are short.
