Mortons guided me to give my Mom the best funeral we hoped for and I'm so glad and thankful to them.  Their service is professional, considerate, empathetic and communication is exceptional. I wouldn't use any other firm, as Mortons ensure that all the special details you want are carried out.

29th February 2024 Steve and his team, did my Mother proud today, from start to finish up most professionalism and so kind.  Couldn't fault anything, she had the most amazing send off.  Thank you is not enough for this fantastic team. And the Reverend Angela Bevan did the most wonderful service, .

Very professional company, they organised my Father's funeral 29yrs ago, so I didn’t hesitate to use them again now that I lost my Mother. Excellent from start to finish, they made a very difficult time much easier. Great attention to detail, very very helpful. Thank you Morton’s.

Dignity, respect, empathy, and total commitment. My Dad has always used Mortons and as a family has done for generations. It's so humble to know that like a lot of things that change with the modern way of life, Mortons still have the care, time, and personal approach to saying good bye to your loved one. Thank you for all that each and every staff member has done while Dad was in your care.

From the moment Mortons came to collect my dad from his home to the day we said a proper goodbye to him, they could not have been more sensitive, professional or helpful to our family.  They made what was an incredibly difficult time so much easier.  With particular gratitude to Luke who collected Dad, Steve who helped us organise the day, Rachel the incredible celebrant and Mike and his team who drove us on the day, they were all amazing and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I have known this company for years and let them arrange my dads funeral and I couldn’t fault them, highly recommend them , until it came to dealing with mom when she passed, due to certain issues beyond my control an evil bro and family who turned mom against me before she passed, I wasn’t allowed to see my mom before she passed and also was refused to see her at the chapel of rest, there was no court order just a decision my narcissistic brother made to control the situation. There was no help or support from Morton’s, they would not allow me to see my mom or even tell me when her funeral was, I had phoned on a number of times distressed due to the situation but I was still refused entry to see my mom for the last time on the chapel of rest. Morton’s you took away my last moments with my mom, and I will never forget this

helped me with my little boys funeral. wonderful, friendly staff. chris collected my son from my house, and we requested for him to drive him to the crematorium on the day. he went above and beyond, despite it being his day off, to come in and do so. so greatful, thankyou very much

I am truly so grateful to Mortons. Losing my husband was the most tragic and devastating thing that the children and I could go through. The care they showed for me when making the arrangements was such a  comfort. Mike Bennett oversaw the arrangements for us, and was completely in tune with my wishes, and the attention to detail which he showed was second to none. He so obviously understood the elements which were of utmost importance, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and in keeping with those wishes.  Mortons were so outstandingly professional and considerate, and I cannot thank them enough for all that they did. Whilst I wish beyond all that I did not have to say goodbye to my husband at all, Mortons enabled me to give him a funeral which was worthy of the wonderful man he was.  All of those at Mortons who were involved in caring for my husband and liaising with us were professional, considerate and sensitive. They really are something special.

From our first phone call and meeting until the day of the funeral itself we had excellent support and service from everyone that we encountered along our way at this dificult time. Everything was covered sympathetically and supportively with phone calls confirming the timing on the day, the attendees introducing themselves to us and the outlining the order of events such that we had no need to ask any questions and knew that Dad was in good hands and that our gathering would be directed calmly and peacefully into each stage of the service on the day. Mortons made a difficult time easier for us for which we all thank them. Well done Mortons.

I would like to thank Mortons from the bottom of my heart for the fantastic & dignified job they did for my mom! From her death to her funeral you were caring & compassionate throughout! As a family we were blessed by your caring service! Unfortunately I can only give you a 5star! You are worth a lot more than that! Honestly. Sarah lovely kindhearted, warm & caring lady who did a wonderful job of sending my dear mom on her way. I cannot thank you enough for the service you gave us! Thank you all so much for making a very hard day! Easy! Much love & thanks to you all. Xx
