Poor customer service trying to get pills for our cat before our holiday.  Lots of time wasted and still no pills.  The vet's prescription was unacceptable first time then when a corrected one was sent they suddenly discover it was unacceptable again AND they could not prescribe it anyway.  Total (Morton's) ensure you ask the right questions up front and prevent thus wholly unnecessary waste of time and money! Very dissatisfied.

Within five minutes of ordering my medication I received an email asking for further information. I replied immediately, then received another email saying my order had been despatched. I received my parcel the following day, less than 24 hours from ordering. Great customer service. Will use again :-)
