Morrisons always have a different view, Good to buy something different. And have a Caffè to have a break while you shopping.
Clean, tidy and pleasant store, well stocked and with sufficient staff. Great selection of fresh produce, and the bakery was very well stocked in particular. The dairy and meat counters always seem to have a good selection as well. Checkout staff pleasant and helpful, and all the self Checkout kiosks seem to be working OK. The on site cafe also had a good selection of food and drink available.
A year on since my last visit and its still an aging store, but with sensible prices and price matching. The range isn't massive but you will get essentials. Fish smells as you enter and blows aroind the store... Look out for offers, particularly on beer, wines and spirits as when those deals are on, they are usually unbeatable.
Hardly ever any trolleys unless you go searching car park for one, trolleys taken by drivers picking up Amazon orders. Packers for delivers are rude and barge past without using manners or apologies. Cafe food always cold after waiting ages! Shopping prices are highest in area. Tile staff are lovely though! Shelves half empty. Hardly ever 2pints milk. Trolleys half way through the shop, Why? Always a spillage on floor which is dangerous. Plenty of parking, plenty of disabled but tend to get the sporty cars parked in with no badge disabled! Needs a total revamp!
A huge variety of produce and well stocked. Only downside is that the entrance leading into the fruit and veg side had no large trolleys.
A great store, which is near where I live so it's convenient , I have breakfast here on a weekend. Good selection of groceries I especially like the fresh fish and Salad bar.
Would have given more but the women on the hot food counter needs to learn simple maths misprinted the price table and refused to change it then got to the till asked for a bag they scanned it like I was robbing the place then trued to accuse me of not paying for the bag because I pressed zero bags used I'm not gonna pay for 1 bag twice
Queue to use self service, then have to wait 5 minutes whilst the poor person who is covering all the self service tills has time to approve my energy drink, then wait another 5 minutes whilst a member of staff has to come and allocate me a carrier bag and then even scan it for me, like I am going to steal it. 2 mins to grab my shopping but 10 minutes to do self service on which they save a fortune on staff so least they could do is have more than 1 slow person working that section, not surprised she looked miserable the poor women. I even had the misfortune of calling in Harehills Morrisons today and it’s like the wild wild west in that place, not sure if I am going to make it out of that place alive some days . But guess what they did not even have to scan my bag for me, Hunslet must be worse than Harehills…..
Was quiet & had everything I needed. For a change Self-service was without any problems. Prices comparable to other supermarkets
Came shopping with my assistance dog and ended up being abused and thrown out of the store because they "claimed" they don't allow service dogs. I was humiliated and embarrassed in front of other customers and considering I have a service dog for mental health reasons you can imagine the effects this had on me and I've never shopped in morrisons since
