Did the Easter promotion. Spend £90 a week for 4weeks. I missed 1 week by 3p but spent £560, called customer service waited 28 then 48 minutes team leader said no. Goodwill vouchers even though I have spent £600 a month for 2.5 years they should be ashamed of themselves I am a pensioner and think there customer service is disgraceful I had to call them back again as they didn't have any decency to call me back.
Review for the cafe Food was great as always. You always know what you are going to get, cheap and cheerful However the staff are a bit rude occasionally, especially when it comes to the kids eat free options
Very nice shop. The staff are nice and friendly. Plenty of convenient disabled parking space
good supermarket with plenty of parking. sells lots house and garden plants and patio pots. also has petrol station.
Cooked chicken to go is fantastic The goujons are real chicken, the hot wings are actually spicy!! And the meat selection looks great and all fresh Quick tasty convenient real food
Had an unpleasant experience with a racist lady with grey hair on the self checkout who was extremely rude to my parents who were visiting UK. She was rude and obnoxious with the fact she doesn't want to help and also sent security guy to stare at them while scanning and then to check their whole shopping even though we mentioned earlier that the gates made the sound when we already got in the shop. We did almost £200 shopping and still were treated like thieves just because they couldn't speak English. If I had more time in Cornwall I'd take some legal action against them.
Too small a shop for the amount of traffic, and population of Bude. Lack of selection/variation. Needed more mayonnaise
I live near a sainsbury but shop in morrison now and again,better choice of products but it's just too manic for me
we shopped here whist on holiday over the Christmas period, there was a good selection of food and beers plus the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Store has become very untidy and hardly any staff lots of gaps on the shelf as just not enough ppl working lots of tills replaced with self service ...If I want to scan shopping I would apply for a job ...prefer the personal touch of talking to staff ...Store manager could do with tidying himself up a bit aswell !!
