I didn't get chance to do any shopping as I was a charity collection appeal for the Forget me not appeal which is for Dementia.  The staff were helpful.  Customers were willing to donate and talk about their experiences.

I dread going to Morissons in Horsforth. The systems are outdated and most importantly there hasn't been a single time that I didn't have to go to the kiosk to claim an offer. That's really annoying, every single time, I have to check the receipt and, every single time, one or more offers are missing from my bill. The shop also obliges the customer to go back in the aisles, look for the offer on the shelf, take a photo, queue at the kiosk to then discuss which offers didn't go through to get a refund. Such a waste of time! By the amount of times I had to go through this process, I wonder if Morrrisons just do it on purpose thinking that people will stop bothering!

Dive in occasionally for lunch as with driving distance of office. Not a huge store but little to fault and friendly staff. Can understand why as central location but personally don’t like food to go section being outside main shopping area.

After avoiding using this store like the plague for many years, because of experiencing generally poor service all round, everytime I went in there, a friend told me to give it another try, because she said, the store had now improved beyond all recognition. So I was persuaded to try it out again.nAt first I was reluctant to go in there again, full of trepidation, but I plucked up some courage and went in to test the waters.nI have to say that my friend was right. It's like a different place now to what it was all those years ago. For the first time ever in this store, everything went smoothly during my shopping experience. The staff I spoke to were all polite, friendly and helpful and showed me where to find some items when I asked them. The shelves were all well stocked up with goods. There was plenty of choice and some good products for sale. There were no long queues at the checkouts like there always used to be. Again I could see the staff at the checkouts were being polite, friendly and helpful towards customers. On the automatic checkout machine I went through, the Morrison's guy helped me pack my items! This lovely man addressed me as 'Sir' and was fully aware of what was going on around him, unlike in some Morrison's stores where the checkout assistants spend a lot of time just standing around with their arms folded, daydreaming, or wandering off to talk to colleagues, which is infuriating if the check out machine stops working properly, as it often does, and you are trying to get someone to come and unfreeze it! This guy today was totally on the ball.nThe store HAS improved vastly to the horrible place it once was and I don't dread going in there anymore. I will definitely be doing a lot more of my shopping there in future. It's like a different place. I can hardly believe it.

Most of the staff are very helpful & friendly.nUnfortunately Horsforth Morrison's is quite a small store so they don't stock as many items as a big store would but they do have a the essentials.nIt has a relatively large car park I've never seen it full. They have plenty of Disabled bays plus parent & child parking too.nA lot of good offers on frequently & you can collect Match & More points.nClosing times 9pm most days.
