Bread in my online order had no date on it which is illegal. So not only was it not checked when it went on the shelf but the online picker did not check date when doing my shop. Rang the customer hub and girl said there is nothing she can do and just hung up. Disgusting service.nnAnd it happened again. This time a chicken pie. No date so staff did not check dates when put on shelf then the online shopped didn't check date when picked for online order. So two orders not checked
I’ve been to this Morrisons frequently, but never eaten in the cafe until recently. It was good to see that there was an offer, with any adult meal over £6.99, kids eat for free! Both of the meals that we ordered were cooked correctly, without any problems. Unfortunately most of the staff were either unhelpful, or looked like they didn’t want to be at work, for example when asking for a high chair, she just pointed & said somewhere over there!nnFinally the baby change toilet was massive, with there being enough room for a buggy & more. It could however do with an update, as the large seat looked dirty & past it.
Lynne in the café is an absolute trooper nDoesn't stop, runs round doing it all - taking orders at the till, taking food to tables, clearing and wiping, all the time smiling.nReal credit to the store.
I ve been shopping in this store from some time now,good quality products,just one incident left me with feeling a bit dissapointed. I was speaking with other person in my language,as i am not from England and the ladies from self checkout machine came next to us and i could see them how they were looking at us. Then one of the ladies asked me for the receipt, telling me she didn't see me scanning my items. The alarm didn't even beep,so what reason was that?? What about the other people scanning their items,have she seen them all scanning? Dissapointing.
Once upon a time it was the best place ever for having a coffee. You could get a bottomless coffee and have as many drinks as you wanted for just a little extra price. Not now, they have stopped it. Therefore I would like to thank all those people that abused the system for I'm sure that's the only reason for stopping such a great idea. The general goods are the same as anywhere else, moderately priced, but they do have a great Deli counter. I do feel the staff are extremely friendly here, well done guys keep up the great work. Large carpark and petrol filling station on site also
