I honestly think this store layout could be better. I much prefer shopping at one of the Chesterfield stores  close to the town or Belper. I couldn't find what I wanted very easily here.

Great store but the majority of the time the "deals" rarely scan through at the till correctly so important that you check your receipt.
Pizza and butcher sections are great though.

Visiting my friend in England, tried to buy a pack of cigarettes but couldn’t because they didn’t accept my ID. Im sorry, but if the airport is capable of accepting it without any problems, You should too. 
Customer service was nice so no complaints to them, I understand why they couldn’t sell me a pack. I’m mad at whoever it was they had to call and ask permission from, because that person should really learn his/ her countries, or come out of the office to check if it’s a fake ID instead of saying no over the phone. 
One star because I wasn’t aware Morrissons is about humiliating their customers; it felt like I was being accused of using a fake ID.

As this chain goes this one is rarely busy, car park seldom full as it’s a bit out of the way compared to say ALDI and Tesco which are close to each other. Cafe spacious and has WiFi.
