As a visitor shopped at Morrisons today and hoped to take advantage of the widely advertised 25% off 6 bottles of prosecco, unfortunately no mention that bottle's under £6.00 don't meet the offer. Despite speaking to customer services and a manager it took a shopper, who overheard the conversation to put me right, I would have been wiser to buy a more expensive Prosecco to gain the 25% off, hope this helps other shoppers.
We would like to let the powers that be regarding a superb member of staff who dealt with us in the Bridlington cafe.nBen Wood is a fantastic young man with excellent customer skills he is definitely an asset to Morrisons he made our experience an excellent one, as regular customers he is by far the best staff member we have encountered.nWell done Ben
Take your wellies and big coat. Car park flooded as per usual and it's colder in store than outside.nShopping experience was ok
I went there for a brunch and bought some clothes. It is pretty big and has a lot of available parking space.nTheir cafe is quite lovely and has helpful staff. I ordered mini fish and chips, which tasted good and had fresh cooking.
Avoid at all costs!!!! I went for a gas bottle the other week after been told come back we have none full. I went back, to receive attitude, and said we’ve had no delivery so sorry go somewhere else. Today, my Fiancée went for her free Mothers Day cake. The girl was fuming that she had a cue, miserable stinking attitude, we wait 30 minutes to find she had not even put it through! It came 30 seconds later surprisingly. After a few mouthfuls my Fiancée said, it’s cold, I touch it and the inside was frozen. Got home at 1800 and she has been violently ill sickened and diarrhoea. The attitude of staff, and the cleanliness is absolutely disgusting. I will never come back, and I will be telling everyone to stay clear of this store completely. I would rather drive to Scarborough than go back to the Bridlington store ever again! Sort it out Morrisons!
