Staff are always friendly and always happy to check any query we have. They are always hard working when we come in but take the time to say hello when you enter. I have realised what days to go in to ensure stock is available, the lack of stock is not down to staff though, it seems to be deliveries which is what you expect I suppose living on rural location. Overall very pleased with our local supermarket.

This supermarket provides a decent range of products at reasonable prices, with a generous free-from section and a wide variety of fresh fruit and veg. The store has ample parking and is nicely laid out. Its one let down - the staff. In this supermarket you'll get the two extremes, either staff who serve with a smile and bend over backwards to help, or staff who spit bile at customers for daring to be in their presence. It's the only store I've ever been in where a member of staff has threatened to punch me for asking where they keep the light bulbs and the only store I've ever been in where a checkout assistant has gone for their break in the middle of scanning my items without anyone waiting to take over.

Good choices but expensive, greek yoghurt twice the price of Aldi/Lidl.

It would be nice if they could modify their orders for items that often sell out. I do get rather sick of seeing empty shelves with black tags in front. What is the point of computerised order systems if they don't use them to gear up to what the customers are buying. The staff are variable in the extreme some old pros are polite and competent others are shoved out to work with barely a clue looking like deer in headlights. I have lost count of the times I have had to jump out of the way of the rapidly shoved tall stock cages. I also find it woeful that a supermarket of this size does not have public toilets, even the tiny local co-op has some. The 2 stars are primarily because it is less extortionate than other local food retailers.

The local supermarket. Not laid out brilliantly and there's always a battle to get in and out the main door and down the aisle after checkout. It does have everything you need however.
