The store is getting worse. No fruit or veggies, many shelves empty, lack of chicken and meats....pretty much the worse I've seen it. I know it's probably not this shops fault, but where do we go to now as residents to shop?
Haven't had a food shop since store overhaul..good selection of meats and cheeses whilst still having old favourites like bovril..staff friendly, parking a pain as I'm disabled and still peeps park behind disabled bays to go to cash machine..too lazy to walk a wee bit further, but that's not Co-ops fault. Just makes it difficult for those with physical problems. Store much improved
Today I needed to purchase a washing machine. Called the store early to find out what was available. Spoke to Jamie. He was so helpful. Even called me back to let me know that only one left for same day delivery. So impressed with great customer service. And can only praise the amazing delivery men . So helpful. Again fantastic customer service. I would really recommend all local people to use this store. Thank you to all involved.
When I first moved to Dunoon, Co-op was the only supermarket, but that was fine. It had a good range, good quality and fair pricing. Sadly, the variety has greatly diminished while the prices have risen. Vegetarians, vegans and those requiring gluten free options will find the store sadly lacking, and even if a decent product is stocked there's no guarantee it will be available on your next visit. There are some great and friendly staff members, but there are others who dedicate themselves to doing as little as possible and a couple who seem to go out of their way to be rude. To their credit, the management team seem to do their best, but their efforts are hindered by higher ups who don't care about a small town supermarket.
Absolutely brilliant. Shop bright and beautiful. Huge choice of good food items own brand particularly good. Home delivery service. Staff friendly and very helpful. Five star rating in my opinion love it.
No roast potatoes? Shelves some empty Had same problem in other coops around the country .is it lack of staff restocking Often had to wait for staff to open tills Your company need to study aldi for Supermarket efficency
The co-op is fine if you are in a hurry it's not as good as the bigger retail stores as it's smaller more expensive than say Morrisons they don't have as much too choose from but all in all as I said great to get shopping fast and the reason for this is it's not as busy as the bigger shops.
Great wee hideaway. Ardintiny bar 10 minutes walk Must visit. Alan on the site was very helpful nearest food shop Dunoon.
I can't think of anything remotely positive about this shop. The new so called upgrade is just a new sign hanging on their rather drabby run down looking building. Inside hasn't changed much just another layout change with self service checkouts apart from that it's also just the same run down looking place it once was. The choice of food is rather poor compared to Morrison's just around the corner sometimes I just end up going to Morrison's because this Co-op doesn't have anything half decent in it. Some of the staff I've come across were rude to me.
