Ample parking. Reasonable selection. Was unhappy that member of staff thinks its OK to come out and litter outside store. Staff inside store were decent. Didn't have to wait too long in queue to be served. Number of self serve tills should you wish people to lose jobs.
The shop selection is big, as expected for a supermarket. Some one of the staff when I was there once was sitting right in the middle of the aisle and didnt even attempt to move. The prices are surprisingly big for just a shop. I mean a box of cereal that's around 300g costs around a fiver. Other than that it's all round, clean and it looks nice
Visited here because the staff in morrisons were Diana Ross, UPSIDE DOWN in fact useless, honest no joke, no till rolls etc, etc, that bad I left my basket in front of a female member with my groceries to put back on the shelf, but the co-op is really not that much better in dunoon but at least you get served reasonably quick but no service with a smile DARK AGES.
I purchased a bottle of single malt scotch whisky with the coop name to it, I would like to say how pleasant it was to taste,nThank you I enjoyed it very much,nBudgie
Today I needed to purchase a washing machine. Called the store early to find out what was available. Spoke to Jamie. He was so helpful. Even called me back to let me know that only one left for same day delivery. So impressed with great customer service. And can only praise the amazing delivery men . So helpful. Again fantastic customer service. I would really recommend all local people to use this store. Thank you to all involved.
