Absolutely amazing service by Kim, and a lovely lady dealing with click and collect along with a great butcher! Unfortunately our Christmas order was sent to Birmingham instead of Loughborough but these lovely people along with others unknown helped to fix our Christmas dilemma. This is a very hard time for store staff, we really appreciate your kind service and help for something that was out of your control. Morrisons your staff at Loughborough are a credit to you.
my wife and I called into the cafe this morning Christmas eve for a breakfast which we left. it was disgusting. bacon not cooked properly and so was the eggs. it was cold when we got it. this has not been the first time it has happened to us but it will be the last. we have had some good meals in the past but just of late they have gone down hill.
Yet again "PRICES ON EVERY ITEMS gone UP a tin of soup £1.75 Heinz big soup £1.99 total rip off especially baccy . How can condone every increase. Disgusting management people are struggling.
Great friendly supermarket...looked after us during Covid lock down with home deliveries..
I am marking this as 2 stars as they have hardly any tills open, only self service. My husbands anxiety means he cannot use these, resulting in him having to leave shopping. We have had 1 lady be VERY helpful but, they cannot open 1 till for people who need this type of help, with hidden disabilities. We have been in and there was staff hanging around whilst there were queues at the self checkouts, surely as a hidden disabilites promoter they should look to help the sunflower lanyard wearers, but we are told only self service available so thats it ... used to be a 5 star shop... no longer
We have shopped at Morrisons for longer than I'd like to admit we always liked the fact that they seem to offer mostly British sourced food in the Butchery and Veg department, however I cannot believe the cost of everything has sky rocketed some items are now much cheaper in M and S whats going on there, we still use Morrisons but only for items that we know can be found easily there. The only good thing is it's now much easier to shop in there because there tends not to have too many other people shopping there how long can that go on for, we had a simple all day breakfast and a cup of tea I was shocked at the cost, and don't get me started on the cost of fuel. Morrisons are truly on the decline sad really as so many people will lose their employment, the owners need to wake up.

Nice and tidy shop. Lots of saving stuff. We have used the cafe for our little ones. The young guy at the till was really patient with us and really helpful. £1 pumpkins for Halloween hunters.
Morrisons is my local super market.. i go every day.. prices used to be reasonable but have gone up quite alot and i struggle to get some things from there now so i have had to go elsewhere.
Excellent service, just popped-in for couple of items. And treated myself to an excellent "Small Breakfast" which was cooked to perfection
