Fine in the morning. Early and on time but past 5, nightmare! Constantly late and so I've missed my train before because of them! Tried to contact them and they've read my message and don't reply! Do not use if you are in a rush or if Google says use them at a certain time, go earlier (although that doesn't always work either) and do not use around 5! This company have caused me stress and sickness and I can't wait to drive so that I never have to plan my life around their useless and late buses! Not happy or impressed.

Bus didn't stop for two passengers after the bell was rung, and advertised WiFi didn't work.

Always reliable. Drivers are friendly and we'll informed about other routes and services. Also very respectful of the elderly and disabled. All round great company!
