Good store and decent prices wide variety of food and more . Cafe open good for coffee or meal. Fresh bakery department and meat fish etc . Good variety of alcoholic drinks and non alcoholic.nSecond entrance to bus stops still closed been months if not a year . Used for storage not a good site and makes long walk out for somenFree ample parking
I have not shopped at Morrisons for a while. I was though presently surprised that they now stock more than just a token amount of local and Scottish produce. For example, they now stock some Scottish eggs, berries and yogurts. They don't stock as much Scottish produce as the nearby Aldi. They do though stock a lot more than the nearby Sainsbury's Local which stocks almost no local or Scottish produce.
Security followed my partner and daughter around the store then one the payed for the shopping the Security went to the cigarette counter and asked for something wich my daughter claims was a Security tag he then walked out the door at the same time setting the alarm off .another member of staff gave assistance to search the bag and found no problem and said he couldn't understand what was wrong personally I think he followed my daughter because she had cycling shorts on after having a sunbed this interaction caused my partner and daughter huge embarrassment also my partner videod the interaction and he would not let them see his sia badge to identify him witch is a criminal offence so the floor assistant and creepy Security then let them go on there way and my partner said she won't b back and the Security said OK then this needs reviewing Dalkeith morrisons they must also have instore camerasn18/6/2024 this incident took place between 4pm & 4.37 pm
In store is fine, however I've had issues with online orders where I've instructed the picker to substitute items when they're not available. Milk for example, I did contact the store directly to ask if an alternative is available to which they confirmed they were.nnI've fed this back twice to the store and still have an issue with pickers ignoring instructions, so I may use somewhere else for online shopping.nnIn short no issues when I visit the store, but online isn't the best.
Sometimes the ingredients I want aren't there, my family love to bake. Over all it's quite good
