Today I chose to go to Morrisons rather than some of the other local competitors: now wish I hadn't bothered. The store was dirty with wet floors in several places, overflowing bins, untidy shelves and staff that were inattentive. Nobody could be bothered to clean the floors which were dangerously slippy and when mentioned no explanation or apology was offered. Clearly the move to AI is working well. The managers need to learn that for a store be a nice place to shop enough staff are required. Time for a shake up Morrisons!
Went for breakfast only didn't get that far due to the lack of customer service. Ordering was a digital menu. Customer in front couldn't make his mind up and seem to go back and forth. After 10 minutes of watching this and not getting any further. I walked out and went to get breakfast. From a cafe who had people to help for people interaction and service.it was a dam sight quicker than that machine you have to take your order in your store in cromer.
11.30 plus on a Sunday evening and the resurfacing work that we were told would be finally finished are still going on shaking the whole house and making horrendous noise. Been over to speak to the contractors and they don’t care in the slightest as say Morrisons have just told them to get the job done. Clearly Morrisons don’t care at all about their neighbours and don’t even have the decency to talk to us first or stick to their timings which are unacceptable anyway. Where was the planning permission or consultation for this? It has been appalling for weeks now and no-one seems to care!
Well thought would give it one last chance , £12 for breakfast cold hash Brown's , mouldy black pudding , eggs still uncooked , sosages are cheapest about , baked beans left cold , best bit of breakfast was the toast , coffee machine wasn't working , don't waste your money
Well stocked but sign-posts as to where the entrance is are few and far between. Keep your eyes peeled! Unless, of course, I'm blind?!
