Had an unpleasant experience with a racist lady with grey hair on the self checkout who was extremely rude to my parents who were visiting UK. She was rude and obnoxious with the fact she doesn't want to help and also sent security guy to stare at them while scanning and then to check their whole shopping even though we mentioned earlier that the gates made the sound when we already got in the shop. We did almost £200 shopping and still were treated like thieves just because they couldn't speak English. If I had more time in Cornwall I'd take some legal action against them.

we shopped here whist on holiday over the Christmas period, there was a good selection of food and beers plus the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Store has become very untidy and hardly any staff lots of gaps on the shelf as just not enough ppl working lots of tills replaced with self service ...If I want to scan shopping I would apply for a job ...prefer the personal touch of talking to staff ...Store manager could do with tidying himself up a bit aswell !!
Bude store cramped, not up to usual standard of space. Cafeteria unable to provide adequate seating for those wishing to purchase food and refreshments - we went elsewhere. Disappointing.
Never liked Morrison's! Rude staff!! Plus tonight I had to hunt for a trolley in the car park as no one had collected them all day! Plus only self service checkouts available! Utter rubbish!
In general an OK morrisons, sadly they are ripping off the locals by overcharging for fuel. A staff member told me that they purposely put the fuel up to escape the government mandated 5p reduction!
Great sized store with plenty of selection. Was really well stocked when I was there. There's also a homeware, clothing and toys sections. Store was clean and very well organised. Carpark is large and easily accessible. Also has a separate area for motor homes.
Just been here to do some shopping whilst away on holiday never in my life have I came across such a rude member of staff.called in the cafe with my partner and child I had a sandwich witch unfortunately I had started to choke on which not one member of the cafe staff offered to help instead because I grabbed the nearest drink from our shopping which was alcohol proceded to send a wannabe manager whilst im choking to tell me all about licencing laws which as an ex landlady im aware of not once during the conversation did she ask if I was OK or empathise with how horrible the experience of choking was .no signs up either to say please do not consume alcohol on thease premises even if I did feel like a mid afternoon drink I can assure her morrisond is not my first place of choice to do this shocking customer service.
