Staff are helpful when purchasing product. But our item has broke still waiting 8 weeks later for it to be resolved!!! Happy to take money for item but rubbish with aftercare and refunds would not recommend this

Went in store about a fitted custom wardrobe. Spoke to Steve, arranged to come around & measure up. Great guy, friendly, kept his word about appointments. Paid via credit card over the phone, arranged a install date.
Date came, fitters arrived & installed. When all complete they said the floor wasn't straight & had to put some wood underneath one side to make straighter. Fair enough. Also a 6" piece of the top had been cut incorrectly & had to be recut by manufacturer. Ok, seems ok.
Fast forward a month, no updates so far so make numerous calls. "yep the boss will give you call". No calls come. Ok, we'll go in store as getting a bit ridiculous now as doesn't take 4 weeks to cut a 6" piece of wood surely. 'Sorry about this Sir, they want to deliver it rather than posting it'. Right, not sure how this affects things.
The draws of the wardrobe have dropped & the end part of the wardrobe don't close because of the angle of the floor, can someone come & look at this please. 'Sure, next Wed at 5:30'. Wednesday, comes...and goes. We wait in on Thurs in case I got the day wrong, nope. No one lets us know what is going on. I call the shop, speak to the fitter, 'oh, I had a wardrobe like yours, it also took 4hrs to fit - so I couldn't make it'. Right, thanks for letting us know!
Go into store, speak to some staff. Arrange for next Wed at 5:45pm. I was stuck in traffic so I couldn't get home in time. Got a phone call saying they are at my house. I ring back, left a
Voicemail. Arrive home at 5:54pm. My bad. Missed them. Right, arrange for next Mon. Kelvin the fitter from the starts, comes around & looks at dropped drawers. Thankfully fixes them. Cannot fix other drawers as need to to take clothes out & need more support so going to have to come back again. 'Also some
Good news on your missing part - gets here on Wed 7th'. Great news, finally! Call on the Wed 7th at 4:30pm, as they close at 5:30pm. Can someone call please to arrange fittings, left voicemail. Waited until 11am the next day, no phone call.
Mrs is starting to get annoyed now as being 8 weeks since install date. Ask to speak to boss, Will. Very apologetic. Bad customer service etc. Sorry sorry. Arrange for today, 10th July at 10am to fit the part & fix the sloping drawers. We'll even ask other fitters to come & help too. Great.
Today, 10th July. Take the morning of work, phone call of Will the boss at 9:23am. 'Sorry, team cannot make 10am appointment, is it ok if come earlier'. 'Sure thing, great'. I wait until 10:05am. Ring the shop. Rings & rings, for a good 3 mins. Try again. Try again, "Hello, Mr Stowell". Strange, how did he know it was me?
"Bad news, the part, has been cut too short. Sorry sorry. Really bad etc. We'll offer you £100 to say sorry. Talk to the Mrs to see if ok'
I talk to the Mrs. Said it's ok, but what about the slopped drawers. You've taken the AM off work as they arranged by Will the boss to be there at 10am. Right, I try to call Will back. Rings & rings. Try again, rings & rings. Leave it 10mins. Try again. Steve picks up straight away, sorry Will is on another call. This what as 10:48am. The time is now 11:39am & still no call. Wonder if I'll ever get my part...
