Shop at Morrisons in Falkirk most weeks but today was very dissapointed with the cafe. I am on a gluten free diet and found nothing that I could eat I find this astonishing as a lot of people are Coeliac and can't eat gluten you have vast selection of free from foods in the store can you not put a bigger selection in the cafe there was nothing that I could have accept a coffee !!
Large store with good parking.nBetter choice and variety than most competitors, especially in the deli and fresh meat, but I have knocked one star off as in some items they are more expensive than other stores.nThere are offers if you take the time to look around.nOverall worth checking out.
Tried to fill my car with petrol but pump making odd noises, kept cutting out and was leaking close to the handle, so I moved to another pump. I advised kiosk when I was paying that I had to move and that there seemed to be a malfunction with the original pump. Attendant was very abrupt when she answered ‘there is nothing wrong with the pump they are calibrated every month so there nothing wrong with it you owe £1.10 fro the first pump and £71.21 for the other one’. I was somewhat taken aback and can only assume she jumped to the conclusion I was trying to get off without paying the paltry £1.10 rather than that what I was doing which was advising her of a possible safety issue. She became very rude when I tried to explain the situation by which time there was a queue forming behind me so I paid my bill thanked her and left. Very rude service and defective equipment means I won’t be back.
Great renovations done to the morrisons. They even have a florist and many great specific sections in the shop.nnGreat cafe. Such modern decor. Amazing food at really great prices. Kids eat free when accompanied by a paying adult.
They are ok.as a competitor in the huge retail market.there is not much to choose between them.the cafe menu is very good. God food,nicely presented. You don't have to wait long.
