Always love a Costa coffee.  Very efficient staff. Nice surroundings. Sometimes difficult to get a seat at busy times. I mostly go alone so no one with me to get a seat whilst waiting to get served which bloody annoys me. Should have a better system.

The smallest of the 2 (soon to be 3) Costa stores in Falkirk. Great central positioning in town and the best coffee on the high street (would you expect anything less for Costa?). Standard Costa fair as you would expect however the staff at EVERY Costa in Falkirk are A+! Always friendly and great at making coffee!

Adequate and comfortable indoor seeting both up and downstairs, accessible toilet upstairs with toilets also on the lower floor. Plus some uncovered seating outdoor also.

Always an amazing place!

Can't go wrong with a Costa coffee, I do prefer it to Starbucks, the coffee tastes nicer I think.

In general the chain is not good at the moment and this branch especially so. All new staff who seem completely clueless.
