It 3pm on 23/10/24.n80% of dining tables are filthy with food and used dishes. The floor is strewn with litter and food. Absolutely disgusting.
Been in twice in last 7 days, both times after 9.30am. Very little fresh produce on display e.g. fruit or veg. What is there is horrible. Bananas for example were virtually black. Fridges for pies, pasties etc basically empty.nIf you ordered online for an early morning delivery I doubt you'd get half your order. They send you vouchers for money off items that aren't available when yoh visit the store. I've been a loyal customer for years but will be going elsewhere.
Looks like bomb has hit it. Each time I go there. Rubbish and pallets everywhere people stacking food at 8 30 in morning. Because only 2 night workers. Staff to busy talking and 2 people leaning in self service . Instead assisting customers. This shop is worst in cardiff.
A decent version of the chain. Wish they would have a vaguely similar layout across their stores, but it doesn't seem so.nStaff in this store are all pretty friendly and helpful.nSometimes some of the counters can be a bit later to wake up in the morning if you are an early bird.
This is between a three and four stars for me. I like the counters with the fresh produce and the freshly made pizzas. This would be a great place to go for fresh food for a buffet. The vegetarian selection’s ok, but other supermarkets have a better selection so I wouldn’t go here for my weekly shop because of that.nnOne thing I did like was that the trolleys here don’t need a pound coin for you to use them.
