Have used this store for years and every weekend the shelves are empty it's only 11.30 and my partner goes shopping for me as I'm disabled. There's no M&S Italian #4 coffee 'again' no 2 pack of chicken breasts, no cakes on any of the bakery racks no Yorkshire puddings. This was never an issue at the Newport road store which has now been closed. Llanishen is never stocked on a Sunday. We used this location for years then stopped to use Newport road store as items in llanishen we usually bought, weren't on shelves.nPhotos taken between 11.30 to 11.50nNothing stating that deliveries hadn't been made, no signage anywhere concerning lack of filled shelves
Click and collect / returns service at the back left of the store is just amazing! Such a quick and easy system to use, really beneficial for those living in north Cardiff who want to buy or return clothes without going into town. No click and collect charge or minimum spend. I've never shopped here for food sorry so can't comment, but 5 star review for the automated click and collect / returns service here :
There are bargains to be had, but you should look at the weight vs price on your chosen item and compare it with M&S's 'Finest range' also for reduced items and special offers. It has great choice but it can be pricey if you don't pay attention.
We adore the pain au chocolate and M&S has the best French patisserie in town. I came from Pen-y-Lan especially for this specific item. We buying frozen ones and every morning we are indulging ourselves with fresh baked pain au chocolate and of course cup a tea! Very good prices of course! Just 2£ per bag with 10 pieces.
Whilst we enjoy most of the products, the best ever lasagne,is not consistent in flavour and quality. One we ate was delicious and the second one absolutely tasteless. How is this possible, considering it's supposed to be the same recipe. Considering the cost, we will NOT be purchasing this product again.
