This supermarket has really gone downhill, they rarely have the offers advertised, the staff always blame head office for problems, and the cafe cannot provide a meal with all items hot. The more card just gives you a few pence, you have to spend hundreds to get a fiver, not worth it. No one seems bothered - we will not be going there again.
Fruit and veges never in stock, bakery staff rude and weird, one manager always has his shirt really dirty and hanging out plus body parts too Even my mum commented on that. Hardly see any managers about.
Good range of products. Clean and friendly. Was very busy today so parking a bit of a struggle. Has wheel chair access which ia helpful not surr about negotiati g round the shop floor though a bit tight sometimes.
We arrived just before 5pm ordered 2 beef burgers and 1 chicken nuggets kids meal, place lookes clean, there were two members of staff, food arrived in 15 minutes, but food quality was far below average, burgers were burned on one side and other side one spot in the middle was soft and round the edges was also burned. We couldn't chew through the beef patty, it was horrible, kid's meal nuggets were over cooked even chips were burned outside and soft inside, which indicates they are not freshly cooked and have been refried or oil in the fryer should have been changed a few days ago. We mentioned this to the customer assistant working in the cafe, we got told it is because it was sitting on our table for 10 minutes before we start eating it and it should have been eaten straightaway however it was too hot to eat straightaway and wouldn't expect the beef patty to go hard that can't be chewed. We have previously ordered from different Morrison's cafe and the food we had today was not as good. The customer assistant was not interested to listen and said we just put the beef burgers in the machine with a set timer and it will let us know when it is ready, we have no control over it and chef just rolled his eyes, will not return and will not recommend this place to anyone.
I think this is a great size store for my weekly shop, some good discounts with your More card and petrol price cheapest locally at the time of writing this.
