The super shop that never made me feel, strong, beautiful and healthy not from the inside but also from the outside. In my 1.5 years of educational journey, Lidl made me feel like a princess sorry for being dramatic, he he he. But I am obsessed with Lidl and my home, where I was growing as a strong independent woman “student roost”. Just want to go back again to that amazing phase of life may be even in a better way..!!!
I bought 120 Chocolate Santas for gifts for the staff at the school I am Headteacher. Liam made the whole process really easy and was incredibly helpful getting them to the till, paying for them and then helping me get them to the car. Really impressive customer service - thanks Liam.
I live in Bede Hall so it’s such a convenience to have a supermarket in walking distance. I got to say I love Lidl in terms of their prices, quality of food, variety in products and staff. I sometimes just go to Lidl without needing groceries but just to enjoy the atmosphere. Usually it’s not too packed in Lidl but when it is it’s not intolerable as the place is spacious and swiftly flowing.
Some of the bakery products are raw, I bought the veg. pizza and the dough is fully raw
First time used Lidl, I’m very impressed, I really like their bakery area that I can pick and choose what I like, I can buy 1 donut, 2 chocolate brownies and whatever I love, rather than a pack of 4 same flavor cakes from a normal supermarket, what a great idea.nnThe shop has almost everything that I would expect from a supermarket, fresh veg & fruits, fresh & frozen meat, ready meals, cakes & desserts, plenty drinks - wine, all sorts of milk, squash, soft drinks, flavored water, juices, everyday items - toiletries, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, creams, toothpaste/brushes, clothings, newsletters & magazines, gifts & greeting cards, pet care & foods, seasonal products Easter eggs, presents, toys and related foods some tools, plants and garden stuffs too, and more.nnStore is quite big & clean, still provides hand sanitizer and cleaning products which is very useful.nnFree Parking spaces, including disabled spaces and parents & children spaces not sure if it has time limit?nnMy check out experience was quite slow, I was at the shop at 1330, shop was busy and only 2 check out were available. Self checkouts only accept cards, a guy bought an Easter egg & some flowers had to queue up for ages as he only had cash and couldn’t use self checkout.nnOverall, It’s a nice shop and will definitely use it again.
