A lovely salad cart, love choosing a healthy salad. Great place for all your weekly shopping with hidden extras. Has restaurant/cafe on site, which is very reasonable in price and the food is good. Deli counter, hot food counter it has it all.
Great choice of fresh meat, fish and vevegetables always available.nBakery is bag on, love there salt and pepper bread.nStaff are friendly and helpful.nParking available ground level and underground also disabled bays on both levels.nLift, stairs and escalater available.nGood cafe with wide choice of options.nRecommend.
The overall shopping is okay, good size and variety. But the two men at the fish counter are quite incompetent and very passive aggressive. It's them who've caused the 4 star rating to fall. The rest of the shop staff were good and polite.
No coffee at cafe - been out of action for at least a week. Order screen still takes your money for a cappuccino! Staff fine - frustrated, I would imagine. No escalator so can’t park downstairs if you need a trolley - could use lift. Toilets are closed! Staff are lovely though. What a shame.
Never again ordered 18 bottles of wine to be delivered on Tuesday and then again another 18 bottles of wine to be delivered on Thursday, ordered these weeks ago for my sons engagement party. The first lot got substituted for a wine that was more than double the price, to which they took more than £100 more than they should’ve out of my bank .The second lot they didn’t have at all, no compensation just had to wait for them to collect the wine and wait for them to refund me over £300. What a complete waste of time. Apology but no compensation at all just took 2hrs worth of phone calls and waiting in for absolutely nothing at all! As well as holding up over £300 out of my bank account won’t be using Morrisons again!
