Store staff always chasing their tales. Very rarely shelves are fully stocked. Customers repeatedly having to get their own trolleys from the car park. Tills undermanned. Management to busy filling the shelves to see what is gojng wrong with this store. Has gone downhill since manager changed. Only use it because it is handy.
Super supermarket with a huge range of products. Large car park with plenty of disabled spaces. Wheelchair accessible. Large cafe with a good range of food and drinks. Good washrooms. Handily situated near to Paisley Town centre. Fuel station with petrol and diesel at keen prices. Friendly helpful staff
Used this store instead of my regular Falside Rd as it does not stock own brand lactofree milk or own brand coconut, almond or hazelnut milk. This store was better but still no own brand fruit pieces breakfast topper and no Tropicana Golden Grapefruit.nBought cheese offering 2 for £4 but checked receipt at home and charged £5...and yes I did check the end of the receipt for discounts.nUPDATE 2/8/24. I think things are going downhill. For the second week there is not a single paper bag for loose fruit and veg. Makes buying these items pretty awkward.nNo leeks in stock.nThe fridge where I usually buy Morrisons Lacto Free milk is out of order for a second week.nAlso for the second week there is no stock of John West tuna fridge pots. Very annoying when there is an offer running and no stock.nA large section of the freezer aisle where I usually get fish, fish fingers etc was entirely empty and no stock elsewhere in store. On the opposite side of this aisle are the 'dark freezers'. For many weeks many of these have no lights making it very hard to see what is inside so I don't bother trying.nAltogether feels like a chain owned by 'money men' and not by grocers who care about customer experience.
Very snowy and I needed to borrow a shovel from the security staff to clear a path for my wife’s disability scooter. We enjoyed a few cups of coffee and had a nice morning.
I try to avoid at all costs. Consistently understaffed, often no in person checkouts available certainly none without a queue, a lot of supervisors always tinkering on their phones or chatting while the queues build up on the 2 open tills. Popular items often have empty shelves. Can easily spend 8 - 15 mins just in a queue before it's your turn. Their trollies often litter the streets of paisley too.
