Went in a couple times while on a trip to norfolk to visit family. Both times I went in, as a tradition, tried to get the raspberry filled donuts but they didn't have any. Lots of other selection on items though. Prices aren't bad.
Nicely placed on the edge of town. Plenty of parking. Pleasant helpful staff. Store well stocked. Petrol station convenient to be visited before or after the store, or indeed without visiting the store.
I have never been on such an oppressive, depressive and hostile shop environment since Rainbow. A lot of stock is missing, boxes and cages on the shop floor unattended, genuinely nasty lower management staff and overpriced. £5.50 to deliver about half a mile away? Absolute rip off. Glad this horrible business is in financial trouble. They treat their staff like cattle eg. not using actual names someone's partner had had a heart attack and this person was driving to the local hospital. A member of staff called her up and told her to get back to work and surely he can drive himself. I wish I was joking.. It's no wonder they can't keep staff. They break so many health and safety laws it's laughable, they treat customers with contempt and the security is a joke. Do not shop there. Go to Aldi, Lidl and Tesco instead.
Clear concise prices, pleasant to shop & staff always helpful
Used the facilities at petrol station to hoover car all good, went in to petrol station to purchase a car wash ticket like I always do as went in shop to get some bits too, the lady behind counter was so rude telling me to use the pay by card at machine, I’ve alway been and bought inside the shop as easyier, she clearly doesn’t want to do nothing at night when quiet, very rude and poor customer skill this member of staff should be sent on further training, I wint use your facilities again

Bought a rib of beef for Christmas. Absolutely delicious and so tender. Great price! Fantastic service as always from the knowledgeable, experienced and super friendly butchers. Thank you.
To many chiefs and not enough Indians. To many members off staff like their voice to be heard. Customers don't need to hear wannabe managers shouting at others. Alot of staff looking so miserable. The new manager needs to get moral up. The so called security need to actually do security rather than moving boxes. If you ask staff where something os don't give a look like you've just offended them. Clean the toilets more often so they they don't stink. They ate worse than tesco toilets, and that's saying something. If staff don't like the general public then don't get a job which involves taking to general public. .... and do not allow people leave their trolley down one isle and walk of to somewhere else. Highly annoying. Cause I will hide it. Try it, it's funny.
Morrisons is ok, but if you spend two hours in the store, such as at Christmas, they have no control over their car park and do not effectively help in a timely fashion if you get a parking ticket actually an invoice but the parking operative likes to pretend you have committed an offence. I received a ticket after shopping on 23 December and then going to the cafe for a meal with my family. I called Morrisons straight away and they assured me it would be cancelled. Now in March I have received a letter from a debt collector. Thanks Morrisons for rewarding customers doing their huge Christmas shop in your store with a bad mark on their credit file! I am now required to jump through hoops to prove I was in-store that day, so annoying. Next Christmas I will shop online at a cheaper store, or buy from the independent local stores who will appreciate my custom.
A good supermarket with plenty of choice and a visit always makes my son happy as they have the child trolleys.
