So VERY Impressed with the service we received, from quote to final installation. Chris was very knowledgeable during quotation process. Quote was received instantly via email. We were kept well informed on delivery dates. Mark and Abby did a fantastic job in installing the burner. From start to finish they were friendly, efficient and very tidy. A Brilliant Service all round. Wood Burner installed was Chesney Beaumont 8 in Autumn Leaf
Highly recommended! Chris installed our stove and it looks lovely. He has a good eye for detail and it is evident that he takes pride in his work. We couldn't be happier with our new stove, and it's now our favourite part of the house! If you're thinking about getting a stove, Chris is your guy!

Ordered a stove from here which was a special order and it took over 8 weeks to arrive! Given an installation date so took that day off work to be home as we have 4 dogs and had just moved and the garden was not secure. On day of installation phoned a half hour before supposed to have arrived to cancel! Had to take the next day off at short notice otherwise would have had a long wait for another date! Also managed to knock a new Mail box off the gate post! Would not recommend!
I am extremely happy with the service I received from CP Smith Stoves. They came highly recommended to me, and were amazing from the offset. Chris came to look at my fire and made a perfect suggestion on what I would require. They communicated with me throughout the journey up until the day it came to fit, the guys were fantastic. I came back a few hours later after it had been installed, you would not have guessed they had even been in my house, other than seeing my new beautiful fire. The new Chesney fire that I now have installed is tremendous, I wish I had changed this a year prior, what a difference. Thanks team for such a smooth and professional install. Top class.
Your guys came around today and they, and the work, were absolutely tip top! Very nice chaps, friendly, courteous, their work was extremely tidy and I’m chuffed to bits with the final product and results. Cant wait to light our wood burner. We bought a “Big Green Egg” from Chris and what a great purchase it’s been. We needed another BBQ but the Green Egg has given us so much more. Using it for cooking our Sunday roasts, pizzas and even cakes!! Chris made this decision really easy and we’re happy never to buy another bbq again.
