Visited once and won’t be back. Ordered a coffee and breakfast. The coffee is self-served from a machine and tastes disgusting. The breakfast didn’t arrive and I didn’t have any more time to wait, so asked for a refund after an hour. The staff didn’t question it, nor ask for a receipt and prompted me to tell them what I had originally ordered. Go to Waitrose instead!
"ultimate" breakfast. Scrambled eggs were a watery mess. Bacon was a sorry sight. Grey and underdone. The order took 2 tries to get right. Overall it was poor.
The management really need to look at their rotas for Satruday, on 3 different occasions we have gone for breakfast and it has taken over an hour for our food. This is not due to ineptitude of the staff, but the management scheduling the staff. You cannot run a full cafe on one server and one person in the back cooking.
Used to come here for lunch before shopping on Sundays and it used to be ok but looking for an alternative as it's rapidly getting worse. The available menu is often very limited - last week the was no fish at all and an hour's wait. Today they only had "some breakfasts", which was a bit annoying as we sat among all the adverts for fish and chips - I think this was the 5th week in a row they didn't have any available! Not even any sandwiches. Waited 25mins for a mediocre bacon bap.
Disgusting, food missing from plate, when complained they looked at us like we were aliens! I won't be wasting my money there again Vegetarian options: Had vegetarian breakfast, it's not worth it it's literally half the size of a meat breakfast , we got 1 mushroom a hard half piece avocado 1 egg an beans an one piece toast!! they missed the sausage off....really not worth the money. MORRISONS YOU NEED TO DO BETTER
Waited for about 40 minutes for 4 meals 2 salads and 2 kids meals, when the food arrived, the only way I can politely describe the lady who brought the food was disgruntled, it seemed to me that should would enjoy her job if only she didn't have to deal with customers. Food was OK at best, although I am aware it is a supermarket cafe so ok was good enough for me. The only thing that I have found is when ever I order food it is always missing something, for example today the salads were supposed to have a dressing, which they didn't. Overall it was OK but in future I think I will just buy a sandwich and sit on a bench
Not fancy dining but the food is still delicious. Amazing value too often they have a deal on for dessert for £1 extra and kids eat free. Drinks are more expensive. Burgers have been disappointing the last couple of times visiting but the fish and chips are lovely and their bread and butter pudding is simply divine! The staff are always so friendly and helpful.
babysitting grandson so mum and dad had time to them selves. they wanted an ultimate breakfast but could not. but could have a breakfast with add ons eg black pudding etc. does not make sense. morrisons . your standards have really gone down.
Excellent value for food, freshly cooked. Very busy so only just enough tables. Needs more staff as checkout lady had to refill milk, etc and so had to leave line at checkout. Very polite & helpful despite the pressure. Struggling to keep tables cleared & clean.
Lovely cafe, very friendly staff, but the managers need to sort out their rotas because it was massively under staffed
