We been there 3 times and for sure that was a last time. First we were there when was breakfast promotions we tried two times never get to even order as them decided to stop cooking last time I was I been send to self-service machine as women was to ,, busy “ to serve me at the till well I could understand if she would say politely but she just said go and order at machine . Anyway place is very unfriendly
Great food, quick and friendly service The orange juice out tropicana chiller sometimes tastes funky and the poached eggs, avocado on toast option is never available which is annoying
Would like to give the staff there today a very Big Well Done, food was lovely, hot and was cooked fresh, didn't take long to arrive at my table, and they were very short staffed today. Not enough people praise when its due lots find time to moan but credit where credit is due, Well Done xx
Update, 16/06/19. I have now given 5 stars, as they have improved their menu and have brought back several favourite meals. My friends and I used to love having lunch here. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. Plus they had lovely meals, at reasonable prices. Most of the time now though, they don't seem to have what we want. One of my friends and I, used to love the lamb shank. It's no longer on the menu! The other day, my friend asked for a sausage sandwich, they don't do them! So what about a toasted teacake? They'd sold out. This seems to be the norm now and is becoming quite frustrating. We asked for the chicken dinner, there wasn't any chicken left. 3 months ago, I would have given them 5 stars. Not anymore!
Pretty good service, the staff will always try their best to accommodate. Food is what you pay for it! nothing special but it's convenient. it's not bad either my daughters do like the odd lunch there.
Delicious breakfast served nicely and the staff were very helpful. Nice and clean and spacious little cafe, very good value indeed.
Very disappointed. In a que of 2 was approached by a member of cafe staff telling us the wait for hot food was 50 minutes. We said this was ok as we were willing to wait. He then proceeded to to take food to the tables and we continued to wait to be served. And we waited and we waited. A woman then approached from the rear of the kitchen in a stern voice announced the wait for food is now an hour and a half. Still we waited to be served. In the end we gave up and walked out.
Has disabled parking, restaurant and a great selection of products. My problem is I go for a couple of things and come out with a couple of bags full! Staff are always helpful. It's just a shame that it doesn't stock some of the things that you need say once a month, ie: when you do a big clean and you need mold and mild-due remover and lime scale remover, I couldn't find it anywhere, so it's off to another super market or similar to make my purchase
Self service cappuccino is horrible or run out of milk requiring you to find, get attention of 1 of the staff behind the counter that are always busy even when 3 customers are in. Prices £££/££££. Food taste I give 2 stars. Service I give 1 star. Nice view of the carpark or the carpark peer at you. Morrisons can you put up a screening with nice pictures or something. Reviews will be edited if location improves don't worry
Excellent place for breakfast, great choice on the menu. Lovely service.
