Came home to no hot water or heating. Called Adrian he came @ 9.15 pm within 20 minutes of my call. Diagnosed the problem, gave us good advice. New boiler fitted with 24 hours! Excellent service, good efficient tidy worker. Very happy!
Awesome fella, came for a boiler service and informed me I would need new parts due to constant low pressure. Mr Adrian has been servicing my boiler for the last two years. Excellent service, very friendly and always gives trustworthy advice. Would highly recommend 2022 I had my garden tap fitted. Adrian and his team upgraded our entire boiler system, piping and radiator units. The whole family is pleased with the quality of work, speed and pricing. Would thoroughly recommend Adrian and his team.
Adrian was great, I called him and he was in the area and came around within 10 mins of the call !!!. He and his team assesses the parts needed and went by himself to the local supplier to get the 2 parts while his team dismantled the boiler. Everything was done within 2 hours and let me know the cost before hand he let me hear the suppliers quote so I know I am paying the actual price. Problem: Boiler over pressure and PRV was kicking out all pressure by early morning. oh such cold mornings that I suffered :- Solution: Replace Expansion vessel & Pressure release value in the boiler Cost: Very very reasonable labour cost compare to other quotes. Very import point, I paid the actual cost price of the parts as Adrian wanted me to hear the quote from the supplier. Big respect to him for that as I don't think many do that...
Had a leak in part of our boiler system. Adrian responded to my call quickly and within a couple of hours he'd stopped the leak, sourced the spare part, and installed it. Very good service.
My boiler stopped working over the weekend. Adrian was called and arrived timely on the same day. Problem was investigated and dealt with. I observed that professional dedication and caring nature to this community are deep inside of him. Well done, and carry on please. We need more hard working people.
Adrian was very polite and attentive to detail. He listened to my concerns about the boiler issues I thought I was having . I originally booked him for a boiler service and he alerted me on best how to keep my boiler lasting for longer. Thank you for your service.
Adrian serviced our radiators as well as installing new thermostats after we upgraded our boiler system. Communication with him was great and the service he provided was to a high standard-very happy!
